Cookie policy.

We use “cookie” the way most policies do: as shorthand for cookies and for the other ways a site can store something in your browser, including local storage. Both are covered by the choice you make in the banner.

These are used whatever you choose, because without them the site cannot remember your decision or keep basic behaviour consistent:

• Your cookie choice itself, stored in your browser so you are not asked again on every page.
• Your accent and display preferences, so the site looks the way you last left it.
• Security and delivery cookies set by our hosting provider to serve pages and protect against abuse.

These are not used to track you across other websites, and they are not shared for advertising.

These are loaded only after you accept. Decline, and the scripts behind them are never added to the page:

• Live chat. Our chat widget is provided by Tawk.to. When it loads, it sets its own cookies so a conversation survives a page change and so our team can see which page you were on when you wrote to us. Decline, and the chat widget does not load at all.
• Usage statistics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, how visitors arrive and how they move through the site. It sets its own cookies, _ga and _ga_P37XXTFZ7S (each kept for up to two years), to tell one visit from the next. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off, so it is not used for advertising or ad personalisation. Decline, and Google Analytics does not load at all; withdraw consent later, and we delete its cookies from this site.
• Usage analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, where people click and scroll, and recordings of visits with anything typed into our forms masked. It sets its own cookies, _clck (kept for a year) and _clsk (kept for a day), so the pages of one visit can be seen together, and Microsoft may set cookies on its own domains. We do not use it for advertising. Decline, and Clarity does not load at all; withdraw consent later, and we delete its cookies from this site.

If you decline and later want to use chat, open the cookie settings from the footer and accept; the widget appears after the page reloads.

When you send a contact form or book a demo, the details you type are submitted to us and stored so we can reply. That is not a cookie, and it is covered by our privacy policy rather than this page.

Use the cookie settings link in the footer of any page to change or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing it stops the optional scripts loading from the next page view onwards.

You can also clear cookies and site data for this domain in your browser settings, which removes everything listed here, including your stored choice. The banner will then ask again.

Tawk.to (live chat), Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) are the only third parties we load on the basis of consent, and each is loaded only if you accept. Google and Microsoft process analytics data under their own privacy statements. Our hosting and delivery providers process requests for the pages themselves, which is what the strictly necessary category covers.
